Loots Temporarily Rebalanced

    Right now the loots are temporarily rebalanced so more enhancer parts and less ammo stacks are dropped (loot PED value remains though). They say this will only be in effect for a few days though, to kickstart the enhancer market, and then it will be restored.

    Also, when you before this VU were to get a No Loot message, you now may find fragments instead. Fragments are like vibrant sweat - items with a very low TT value but they have a market value as they are used in different activities. This is a new layer to the economy to facilitate more loot opportunities and less No Loot messages.

    Personally I don't believe anything that Marco says, but I've posted this as a news item as active players might be interested.
    Seems like for the next few days it would be worthwhile taking a break from EU, until the loots are restored.

    Also, I wonder who "they" are, "they say this will only be in effect... "
    hmmm, the mysterious "they". :hehe:

    Actually, in my opinion now is a great time to hunt. People are paying crazy for those enhancer components now as they are eager to try out the new system. Every single component has been selling for well over 200% so far, which surely has a nice impact on the hunting result compared to looted ammo which only is worth the TT value ofc.

    With 'they' I think Marco refers to the loot balance team. Although one would think it would look better if he as a representative had skipped the 'they' part and took responsibility for it himself, instead of pushing it away from himself.

    "they" are probably the 'Balancing Manager' and his dept.

    Yes I agree, I am sure "they" refers to the balancing team or similar. Just made me laugh at how mysterious it sounded. :D


    Good point Una, for those able to loot the enhancer parts now is probably a great time to hunt and sell, before the prices on the enhancer parts drops. :Sniper::handgun: :hunter:

    Actually thinking about it and looking at some of his other posts, then re-evaluating them with the news that he went to the FPC, 'they' could just be Mindark?

    I guess its "they" because nobody knows "them" or have ever seen "them" :)
    Only a myth , or just some vacant positions with "n.n." ;)

    yes, nothing is as good as getting 1 viberant sweat as loot from an Argonut Hunter! :confused:
