Do you think MA should improve their client relations without being so draconian imposing stuff without any custommer say in anything? Your take on this pls:)
Well, that's one of the reasons this forum was created. Hoping that we can use well-constructed reasoning to provide MA and planet partners with alternative options or ideas that hopefully will generate more and happier customers.
Dito this was my idea for doing the same:) In fact before even you started up.
