   Afaik there was no progress since Robert Lai, chief scientiest and promoter of the project within CRD, died.

   Anyway the work CRD had already finished on the dotman project seemed not really fitting to EU.
   
   I guess we wont see a "400 Million shopping mad Chinese gamers will NOT be joining EU" PR.
