Cyrene - Secrets and Covert Operations

AN INVITATION
The view from my apartment on Arkadia is breathtaking, and always serves a calming purpose, if nothing more than to provide a reflective moment or two. I’ve been quite busy with my media activities lately, and it’s nice to just relax now and then.

However, the sound of my telecommunication device snapped me out of it. I wondered who could be contacting me at this time of the early morning hour as the sun is just about to rise above the horizon. The interesting thing is that the signal is not identifiable as anything coming from Arkadia or any other planet that is nearby.

“Hello, this is MindStar, please identify yourself.”

“Hello MindStar, this is Calvin,” a rather excited voice echoed, “It’s been a while since we’ve connected and I wanted to bring you up-to-date on what’s transpired since our last meeting.”

“My goodness Calvin, it has been a while, but where are you calling from, the signal is not identifiable?”

“Well,” Calvin said, “I left my Senate duties on Earth and am now a Senator of a sector on a planet known as Cyrene, and the reason I’m calling is to invite you for a visit so that we can catch up.”

“Sounds intriguing,” I said as I sat at my desk to check my calendar, “when are we talking about, and is this just a vacation, or do you have something more specific in mind?”

“As soon as possible if you can get away,” he said with a sort of urgency in his voice that caused a bit of an eyebrow raise, “I know your media work requires you to travel, so I wasn’t sure what your schedule might be at this time.”

“Yes, my media coverage takes me to various planets, so if I come for vacation, you have to know that the temptation will be there to write about it.”

I scribbled a note to contact my Media Manager at the EntropiaPlanets Media Center as I waited for his reply. I needed to alert her of this impending trip, and that my June magazine content might be a little later than usual, but we work well together in the 11th hour, so I don’t think it will be an issue. Lykke is accustomed to my spontaneity and heading out into the universe at the flip of a PED, but she still gives me free reign to go after potential stories. This could actually turn out to be something of importance ...

The story is breathtaking and very exciting - and exclusively created in a fantastic team work between MindStar9 and Ed Robles 3rd - Creative Director. They definitely succeeded in making a gripping storyline in the MS9 adventure that fits into the whole concept of Cyrene.

A lot of questions are yet to be answered, and we sure hope the story will continue - we need to know if the Senator is successful in assisting ARC in their efforts, and if order has been restored on Cyrene ...

Ok, enough of the small talk ... is anyone interested in kicking some Sons of Remus ass?

My work isn't done yet ... I have to recruit an army to go back to Cyrene with me when it launches to help support Zorra Winters and ARC's cause to fight against her crazy-ass husband who thinks she's dead. Hopefully, the Senator will make headway with Vida at the Skylabs to get an antidote developed to counteract the mind-control drink, and also help to reintroduce the ARC reclone DNA back into Cyrene society that was smuggled out by the Turrelions.

Before then though ... I will be going back to gather more intel on what's happening. What I didn't mention, is that the Senator and I have a code that will be used in our transmissions to determine just when that will be. :)

I would like one of the pets in the story. Only lvl 11 ranged atm but would like to go to Cyrene when it opens.
Will there be a shuttle? I am willing to pay for the trip. Just let us know what date and time the transport will be at what planet. I could use some of them mind drinks for my girlfriend. At last she would do what I want her to do. :]

Lets try and have a shuttle. Find some funding to offer free trips to anyone on calypso,one way of course.
