good luck with this....

i moved house last december and had to sort out internet, when i moved in the previous owners had been customers with same isp so my internet worked straight away;), however they then disconnected it even though i rang and explained i had moved in and it worked ok

It then took them 3 weeks to turn it back on..... ever heard the expression you dont realise how much you need something untill its not there!!!!!!!!!!
