mindforce chips

    I got a question to all you professionals out there :)

    I have been playing around with a lesser teleport chip for a while now and i like it very much..
    It says in the description that u need a chip implanted so it can work but i dont have that..
    Still i can use it.

    Then i saw that u can also have a nerve blast chip.
    A sort of attack weapon u can use with mind essence as ammo.

    Ofcourse i wanted to try that.. but that chip doesnt do anything at all :confused:
    I can only see the info but beyond that nothing.
    It says the same in description about needing a chip implanted but so does the tele chip.

    Does any 1 know how i can get the nerve chip to work.

    Hi Ravv,

    I think this has not yet been implemented under VU10, if I recall correctly only the tp chips currently work. That it works without an implant is very interesting though :).

    About 6 months ago Entropia Universe went through a big update (version update 10.0 or VU10 as it's commonly called) with a change of game engine (CryEngine2 now). Since then they have reimplemented the old systems in steps and one after the other, and Mindforce is yet to come back (with apparently lots of new stuff compared to before btw).

    However, as mindforce teleporting is a quite popular and important part they chose to implement that one before the rest of the mindforce system. They made a temporary easier version of it instead where the usual chip insertion ain't needed. When the whole mindforce system comes back later this year the mindforce teleportation will probably be changed back again to be closer to how it used to be (with chip insertion, mindforce load-up animation etc).

    So to put it short, at the moment, teleportation is the only working mindforce.
