Auto Assault has a lot of potential. As you'll see from other user comments, there's still a long way to go. There are a lot of requests for user driven modifications, and changes to the game, and the user base is absolutely dismal right now, which hinders the "role playing" experience for the user. I used to play Final Fantasy when you got it with the Nintendo. I know a lot might have happened since then with the game - but I absolutely LOVED it! We also recently watched the movies as inspiration - and they are beautifully made. Special yes, a twisted mix between new age and mysterious religion. Might require some special kind of players - but interesting it is. Unfortunately my pc wasn't able to run the online game when I was going to try out the trial :( which still bugs me!
