Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence Map Pack Coming To Xbox Live June 3

If you've become bored with the multiplayer maps included with Modern Warfare 2, you're not going to have to wait much longer for some new playing fields. On June 3, the "Resurgence" Map Pack will hit Xbox Live. It promises five new maps, and Activision is hosting a couple of double XP weekends -- the first begins Friday, May 28, and the second starts Friday, June 4 -- to celebrate.

Activision hasn't released any details on the maps, other than the "Resurgence" name, and there is no word yet on when they are coming to the PS3 and PC versions of Modern Warfare 2, but if it works like the Stimulus Pack's release schedule, the new maps will hit those systems about a month later.
