Mothership Normandie Schedules WarpFllights, to and from NI

Hey, i have not updated the thread, recently, due to problems with the forum, but yes Mandie is still going stong, and we're still calling in at NI on Fridays. We found a workaround for the space bugs and these have now been fixe at last, anyway. People who missed out on flights due to bugs have had their subscriptions extended :)

I should say in advance bit of a problem has arisen on account of the bugged Friends List, which means people cannot be added to the mothership Guest List from the boarding team on the ground anymore. So, non-subscribers and new subscribers have to fly up to the MS and request permission to enter. Sorry for the inconvenience! This is perfectly safe, if you stay aroind the Space Station and don't leave the bluezone. If you don't have transport up, or if you're nervous, I can fly you up in my quad . i also have a spare sleipnir that I can loan out, if more than one seat is needed.


See you at CC in time for the 21.30 flight! I shall make a boarding team as usual, as this is useful for communication. Please do NOT fly up until you hear that the MS is docked to NI Space Station ( she will skiling nearby until nearly time for warpflight) also JBK needs to knows to expect you, as he will not add just anyone to the Guest List, so you should wait tio he joins the team.

For the uninitiated: flight to local SS is almost instantaneous. Warflight to the next planet on schedule (RT) takes a few seconds and you will be told when it is safe to leave the ship. You can TP down (7PED) or fly down. Often crew will offer free lifts planetside. If you plan to go on to Arkadia or Calypso, and especially if you are carrying stackables, you might prefer to log after arrival at RT, because we next have another repair-skilling flight (during which we allow the ship's "health" to get low). Alrtenatively, passengers are welcome to join the skilling!
