I am so fucking scared.. My pulse is skyhigh and I hate myself so much right now. Short story kept short. I deposited 200usd instead of 20.. Long story. Poor swedish student with a taste for EU... I deposit every now and then but very small doses, (up to 20$.) I play safe and / or smart.... Holy fuck guys I put myself in deep shit because of my daydreaming !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I find myself laughing at the situation because there is really nothing else I can do at the moment but laugh. Just venting some frustration x) Update!
Sorry to hear about your error and hope it does not muck things up for you IRL. We have all made mistakes (some smaller and some bigger -- much bigger) and have found ways to recover. If you do not need the money soon IRL you might treat this as your next 10 deposits. Maybe you could contact support and see if there is any possibility of processing a refund. Or you might make a withdrawal. There will be a fee and it will take about 30 days for MA to process the withdrawal. Hope it works out for you without any more stress. Regards, Dane
My mistake isn't big in the context of the whole worlds mistake. For me It's probably by far the mistake that has put me in the toughest situation yet. I've contacted support and gave them my story, said I was willing to pay withdrawall fees and such but I really can't go through the normal system because well.. I need the money much more urgently than 30 days. Hopefully the support will be helpful but I really don't count on it. I'll survive, I'll get on and I'll stay strong. But damn.. 200$ down the shitter pretty much.

Yeah :D Lucky for me, I've made food for my roommate several times now and I got a few meals to cash in ;D She better give me atleast one pancake breakfast considdering I've given her three! :D I usually joke about how when I close my eyes I see carebears. Never ever will I watch the carebears while depositing again! :D The heartrate roller-coaster I put myself on is not as much of a pleasant ride as it sounds! x) Tommorows breakfast will be a banana and porridge. Who knows what the next one after that will be ;D If any at all! :O

Find a local player for a hand to hand /avatar to avatar exchange? I'd stay away from forum or ebay sales attempts though. Too many sketchy individuals out there. Just in case: Eggs are cheap protein. 2.5 kilo or so bags of potatos are cheap. Thank you all for your great tips! <3 Thanks to my lovely parents when I moved out of town I got my pentry / larder / whatever you call it filled to the brim with pasta, rice and other such base items, I still got enough to last me a while! I got loads of eggs, 2kg of frozen chicken, hamburger and hamburgerbread etc etc, I will manage! :D
I´m not a poor student (luckily) but i accidentally put an extra 0 when depositing 100$... I was a wee bit drunk and was thinking in peds instead of dollars... 1000 peds became 10.000 peds instead... I won a poker tourney the week before so i had the cash but i was like OMG!!! WTF did i just do!!
advice for the future: use a credit/debit card only for eu. In my case it's pretty much impossible to add another 0 there since I usually just put the money I want to deposit on that card(never had more than 50~$ there). Also it can save you a lot of ped if, like in my case, you are too lazy to go the bank and add money (haven't depoed in 3-4 months and can't really complain)
If you deposited via CC the transaction can be cancelled / aborted within a couple of days by the merchant (i.e. MindArk) and the hold placed on your funds will clear a few days later. To do that you need to still have the funds on your PED card obviously, and MA will remove them when the deposit is cancelled. You may or may not lose some of the fees in the process (e.g. deposit fee), I'm not real sure, but basically the transaction should be reversed as if it never happened. Worst case you can always cancel the transaction yourself via charge back, although I'd only do this if MindArk refuses to help, if you really do need the money now, and if you don't mind dealing with complications in the future (as obviously MA may not trust a future deposit from that card).
