Entropian Events and Qetesh present NEA’S CUP 5000 PED first prize 1750 PED other prizes Nea’s Cup is a series of events to be held at Nea’s Place from Friday 5 March to Saturday 20 March. The series consists of 6 qualifying rounds followed by the Nea’s Cup Final. Anyone can enter any event – you don’t have to do them all, but you can if you want to! The final will be held on Saturday 20 March at 2200 MA time. This will be a Highest Single Loot event with 5000 PED as first prize, 500 PED second prize and 150 PED third prize. There are three ways to book your place in the final: Direct Buy-in: Pay 150 PED to register at the landmarker (29640, 35870) Qualifying Rounds: Win one of 14 tickets to be given away in the qualifying rounds (see Schedule below) Golden Global: Post a screenshot of a 100 PED Ambulimax global on this thread to win a ticket (see Golden Global rules below) Schedule There are six qualifying rounds leading up to the final, with PED prizes as well as tickets. You may enter as many or as few as you want to. To enter a qualifying round, register your place at the landmarker (29640, 35870). If you don’t enter a qualifying round, or don’t manage to win a ticket, you can still enter the final by registering for it at the land marker at a cost of 150 PED. Qualifying events last for one hour, and the final is 90 minutes. Registration costs 10 PED. Ticket prizes will be given out at the land marker following the event (sadly it turns out that tickets can no longer be added as event prizes). This land area contains a dense spawn of small Ambulimax (mainly Young and Mature). The land marker is at 29640, 35870 to the northeast of the teleporter. Register here for any of the qualifying rounds or the final. Golden Global Rules You can also win a ticket to the final by scoring a Golden Global. If you hit an Ambulimax global worth exactly 100 PED, just post a screenshot of it here and you win a ticket. To be valid, all screenshots must clearly show the global message, the location and the time in your chat window, plus the name of your avatar and a map confirming your position inside OLA-16. Screenshots must be posted here within 24 hours of the time shown in the chat window, and before 1800 MA time on Saturday 20 March (the day of the final). Globals scored during the qualifying rounds are ineligible for a Golden Global prize. A maximum of 5 tickets will be given away as Golden Global prizes. GOOD LUCK!

The final is tonight at 2200! 5k PED first prize plus prizes for 2nd and 3rd, 150 PED to enter, Highest Single Loot wins! If you've won a ticket, you'll need to register it at the land marker before the final. You do that in the same way as you'd normally pay for an event, but instead of having the PED deducted from your card, the ticket will be removed from your inventory instead. So make sure you've got the ticket in your carried inventory and register it before the final begins at 2200. See you there!
