New BB Codes

I've added some custom BBCodes to allow you to make basic tables in your posts.
These are:

TABLE
TR
TH
TD

of course like normal bb code you must wrap them in [ ] square brackets, and open/close them in equal pairs - just like html.

Please compose your posts carefully when using these tags as they can mess up the rest of the page when done wrongly.

I'll try to refine this as we go along - but hopefully this will get over the annoying inability to post tables:
