So I guess if you're a fan of your OJ's best get a pic or 2 with them before they take them away. Why they are wasting time and resources redesigning things that don't need redesigning is beyond me...
Noone ever asked for this, I dont SEE how everyone would feel stylish with it, as everyone will look the same once again. The term "OJ" will die now. I bet MA bought this "suit" from some external 3d model site, so at least here no precious dev time got wasted. x'D I already know what to expect from the text in the green box..."what promises to be an exciting revamp of Entropia Universe visuals." Nothing got really completed over the past 6 years, recent addition the landplots, space, blah blah etc. No communication at all, no time for any kind of updates but 3 empty buildings at Athena Space Port and weekly things called "events". Events events events. No time for anything else because of compet...and now they dare to throw this at us ? "what promises to be an exciting revamp of Entropia Universe visuals." Invisible armor ftw. But I promise, this jumpsuit will be the only "exciting revamp" (which it isnt) we get for the next years. If these are the "updates" we get every 6-8 months. Like landplots, space etc. etc. Hallelujah ! x'D
I did, for my very own reasons which I know are not shared by everyone, but the discussion on PCF got wiped by you-know-who and therefore got no chance to be countered. I did get stiff opposition in the brief time it was visible, but much more painful is being denied the chance to argue your case out and either convince or get convinced. That way we learn, but being cut off at your knees after spending the energy to begin it is just a total waste. I did express my opinion in a support case also, but I can't imagine they decided based on a single voice alone. If a public discussion would have been allowed, a different outcome might have been possible.
A discussion about new starter-clothes got removed ? Well, maybe we feel and think different, but the Orange Clothes have been a striking trademark over the past 15 years. Probably MA only did it, because other "planets" offered cooler starter clothes...I couldnt care less, but announcing this together with "what promises to be an exciting revamp of Entropia Universe visuals." ...we already know what the result will be.
Why don't you voice your opinions and arguments here? You might still get challenged on them, but rest assured, nothing will be <removed by admin>, or <censored> <deleted>.
Good riddance of that look. Sorry, I have a different idea of a "striking trademark", and this was already so before these horrible images became so prolific. The discussion got chopped before I could add the second part of the previous sentence.
mmm, interesting, never really though of the OJ's in that way. But it could very well be one of the reasons they changed it.
