Welcome to Newbie of the Month!​

Rules for Entry:

• this competition is FREE
• To be eligible you must not have more than level 10 in any professional standing
• You must Register here on the forum so you can submit your entries, and be contacted to receive any prize
• Make a single post in the Entrants thread for the coming month's competition, and include screenshots of your professional standings levels, or organise a meeting with a representative - they will scan you and verify your entry

You will receive all you need to get started in the virtual world, giving you a free kickstart into equipping your avatar!

How to Win the Competition

You must submit evidence into the judges via PM here on EuC, or to the special email address notm@eu-chronicle.com

There will be 2 categories in which you can score points:

Achievements - Such as TP's gained, places visited, helping other players
Skill Gains - Can be verified by screenshots of skills before and after, or of Professional Standings messages etc. You must also be scanned at the end of a month to qualify for any points in this category



Judging

All entries complete with evidence will be notifed that they are entering the judging phase, and a post will be made here on the Results sub-forum.

The nominated judges will then judge all entries, and score them. A leaderboard will then be posted, and the winner contacted to attend a ceremony and collect their prize.

Bonus round: Entropia Quiz
Following this, the top 5 entrants will be invited to the Quiz where they can score extra points! The quiz has to be attended to gain the points - it is optional but obviously gives a big advantage!
Quiz entrants will be invited to a team, where the 10 questions will be asked in team chat, then answers accepted via PM chat.
In the event of a tie break, then sudden-death questions will be asked!

Rules:

Entries must strictly be in before the start of the 1st day in any competition month - if you miss it, you will be registered for next month
Competition period runs for the calendar month - no evidences dated beyond or before that will be counted, and you will LOSE points for trying to submit them
Cheaters will be disqualified, and may be refused future entry - Chipping for example, or trying to falsify evidences
The judges decisions are final in all cases, there is no appeal - but you can always re-enter in another month
This is a new competition so the procedures and rules are subject to change - we will be as fair as possible if this is required
