I made an account at DAZ forum because I'm searching for help with modeling service. I posted a screenshot of my first successful big 3D-print wich was a standard DAZ-model in a standard DAZ-pose:

    Guess what happened!

    ROFL!
I love Sweden, Netherlands, France, Germany, Poland and all the others who be cool enough to be not that prude. Man! Imagine: It is DAZ's own forum and they deleted a picture of a print of their own standard starting model because of nudity! No nipples at all! Insane!

OZtwo rated my last post as "funny". I don't like that. It was not mentioned as a "funny" post. It was meant serious. Such warts ARE insane. Once Defence Secretary of USA Donald Rumsfeld denigrated us as "Old Europe". I say I am proud to be an Europian. Even an "Old Europian".

During WWII those US guys got the chance to stand up and learned how to use technologies in an effective way. Cool! They learned to build A-bombs (with help of german, hungarin and polish scientists). The Englishmen cracked Germany's Enigma-code - what wins the war. No merit of USA. They learned to build hundreds of ships in an effective way (Liberty Ships). After the war they learned to build modern U-boats from german technology (Type XXI) and build first rockets based on the german A4 rocket (even the Soviet Union used the A4-technology for the first Vostok rockets wich lead to "Sputnik 1" wich paralysed the americans - lol). Wernher von Braun - a german engineer and scientist became the leader of the US space travel agency NASA and was mainly involved in John F. Kennedy's "We will reach the Moon until 1969". I appreciate Henry Ford, Bill Gates and Steven Jobs. They did great jobs. But they all couldn't do it without the knowledge and the history the USA were build from. And this came from "Old Europe".

If that were made here in Japan the nipples wouldn't be a problem. However if the 3D model showed pubic hair it would be banned. Countries are weird, but people always find a way to get around the stupid laws.

Well as a Dutchman I don't have issues with any of them and neither does Dutch TV or websites. We can smoke and drink on TV (even weed) curse on TV or any magazine of newspaper, show nudity in whatever shape or form. We just have to take in account that there might be children watching at some times during the day, but even those have seen more then the average US grown up :).

And about your model, it didn't even cross my mind that it might be seen as nudity or porn or something like that.

You miss a lot, Narfi, believe me - lol!
Yoo, probably you don't know Europe. The Netherlands or France (Germany is more or less boring).

"Okay, tell me again about the Hashish bars."
"What do you want to know?"
    "The stuff is legal there?"
"Yeah, legal but not 100% legal. You can't go straight to a restaurant, roll a joint and smoke it. I mean they want you to smoke it at home or at special places."
    "Those are the Hash-bars?"
"Yeah, it works like that: It's legal to buy the stuff, it's legal to own the stuff and if you're the owner of such a Hash-bar, selling is legal. It is legal to have the stuff with you. But that's in fact unimportant. Get this to your mind: If you're stopped be a policeman in Amsterdam he has not the right to scan you. The policemen in Amsterdam doesn't have the right for that!"
"Oh man! I have to go there! That's plain clear. What the hell do I do here?"
"I know baby, you would love it so much."
    ...
"But do you know what the most strange thing in Europe is?"
    "What?"
"The small differences. I say, they have the same shit like us. But it runs a little bit different."
    "Such as?"
"As for instance: When you visit a cinema in Amsterdam you buy a Beer. I don't talk about such a cheap papercup. I talk about a glass of Beer. And in Paris you may buy a Beer at McDonalds. And do you know how they call a quarterpounder with cheese in Paris?"
"They don't call it quarterpounder with cheese?"
"No man! They use the metric system. They simply don't know what a quarterpounder means."
    "How do they call it?"
"They call it Royal with cheese."
    "Royal with cheese?"
    "Yep."
"How do they call a BigMac?"
"BicMac is a BigMac. But they call it Le Big Macke."
    "Le Big Macke! LOL!"

I think each and every country, nation or whatever has it's assets and drawbacks. Same with the people I guess. Nice folks and dump asses live everywhere. So don't blame me please for being a bit negative about USA (USA, not America). I had several extraordinary bad experiances with enterprises and people from USA (not America) lately. But I accept that some folks don't know much about the metric system ... lol!

If you ever get the chance to visit Europe you will be very welcome to visit me at my home in Lippstadt, Germany. I assume McCormick would say the same. I could show you a lot about YOUR history (Raststadt for instance). Okay, okay, the U.S.A. were founded in 1776. That's way older than Federal Republic of Germany (1949). At least we had the first try in 1648 ... But our history is kinda 3000 years longer than your's. That's what I mean.

Nothing. It was just for explaining that some folks from USA who call themself "American" does have pretty strange opinions from my point of view. I am pretty sure I could live at Narfi's farm (if he would own a farm ...) but I wouldn't like to meet you OZtwo. No offense. We are different people. And I wouldn't like to live in USA at all. You folks are too strange.

LOL, been to the US a few times and yes a lot of people there are strange, but I have to say a lot of people here in Holland are strange too.

I think that we Europeans think of a lot of Americans to be cocky and to full of themselves always talking about their freedom and way of life, while in European eyes the US freedom is a lot less then ours and the way of life is not one we would want.

But I'm sure that is also true the other way around.

I know from the past that our technicians who worked in Holland always came back with good memories. As far as we've learned the mood in dutch companies is way better than in german companies. I would like to work for a dutch company since I've lost my job lately. But hey, I am >60 years old. Guess no one wants me.

The way Europe is headed under the yoke of the EU scares the fucking crap out of me. The US is not perfect, far from it, but I'd prefer living there than here.

NO! No way. Even if Europe and single europian nations become worst ... it's way better to live in Sweden or Germany or even Poland than in USA. Think about the social system, education and medical care. You are probably to young to care for this aspects. And that's your damn right. But the day will come when you HAVE to care for such things. Last night I've heard bad news from USA. Barak Obama thinks about support Ukraine with weapons. This guy plays with fire. And he shouldn't do that. I doubt he knows enough what he is messing up with. I simply distrust this US guys in generally regarding this issues. Germany, France and Poland share a long common history with Russia (aka Soviet Union), White Russia and Ukraina. Even Katharina the Great was a german noble by birth. USA share nothing with those folks except the meeting at Jalta in 1945 and ISS nowadays and uhh ohh ... Sergey Brin even - lol.

The EU is just as bad at war-mongering as you just claimed Obama is. It was Guy Verhofstadt, the un-elected windbag who was declaring Ukraine was part of the EU shortly before Putin called his bluff, and the Ukranian people suffered because of it.

As for the socialist systems, I've seen where it leads in Holland, and it's not pretty. Education is piss-poor, healthcare is getting unafforable and piss-poor quality, and pensions are being skimmed off by politicians. Pensions are a scam anyway. I basically am forced to hand over my money to someone who takes it to the stock market. If they win, I get a fraction of the profit, but if I loose, the full cost is wheeled off on me.

I for the life of me cannot figure out why anyone would think letting a government run shit other than the bare necessities is a good idea. As if some clown who couldn't hack it in the private sector is in any better position to get me any package specifically tailored to my needs than I myself could. I pay 50% tax here in Denmark, excluding all the VAT and other levies. I am quite sure that I can get a better deal without having to deal with the government taking my money under the threat of violence.
