I always liked Kerham. I wonder how people can say he is doing it wrong...

 

MA wasn't too specific about efficiency, true.
Of two possible reactions to that fact:

• go to the field, do tests and make up your own mind, and
• concoct some unicorn fart theory about how efficiency will pwn the universe

...most people seem to have chosen the latter.
