Ed Ward gives some information about ROCKtropia after the introduction of space. "... It is even getting better because we now put our stuff at auction and IT SELLS since space is here, instead of auctioning our stuff on Calypso." Space travel means no travel at all In my opinion, the situation of Next Island is not very different. The introduction of space should be good for our planet :)
You are correct there, we get less of the gougers showing up and it is now almost a necessity to use our AU. Also it allows us to develop our own market, segregated from Calypso.
I just got back from a long break, and things have changed allot, but one thing i notice is that the items that I have hunted such as armor, are the only ones of the style on the AH. But I don't really see many people. Do you think there is something that could be done to increase traffic to our little world? because I am barely surviving with out depositing more cash, and I think I have deposited quite a bit...
Really NI needs a full circle economy BADLY modern day and ancient Greece need uses for looted items that become usable again to loot more items. EG weapon and armor and tool blueprints. Its the only possibly way to make the world self sustaining Give allt he crystals a USE in blueprints or something because I know a lot of people with multiple K of peds tied up in crystals sitting in storage
ya i was almost going to TT all my crystals just so i can keep playing, but i think ill just take another break and pick it back up when i get back from italy.
a good proportion (a third?) of anything you loot while hunting consists of crystals and parts (tails, palms, feet, etc) which have no use at the moment. this is a real problem. these things probably should not have been included until there was a use for most of them. at least, if all of the hunting loot was "standard", we could get by better with the existing calypso blueprints and such. having a glut of worthless parts and crystals does no one any good. fortunately, all the mining resources are still standard, so they can be used.
