outcome of Deathifiers case against arkadia and David Dobson?

To the best of my knowledge, the details of the case are not public. If it is, it may require a bit of local knowledge to find it. (I could ask someone, will take a few days.) What the search engines spit out is the preceding ruling of the Supreme Court of Singapore about allowing the serving of papers via electronic means, citing this case with an introduction what it was about as precedent, which was spread in the news and had already made its way to our forums at the time. Googling for "singapore court dobson" brings up the original ruling, some articles and commentary on local law blogs.

What we can see as the result or resolution in game, the subdivision of the 8 Coins region was changed and Pandi moved out of it completely. It lives in untaxed waters now. One may speculate based on this.
