Player of the month April 2008​

This contest runs from April 1st until April 30th 2008.

The contest has no entry fee or special equipment needed. Just get busy hunting/mining/crafting and YOU could be the next Player of the Month.

The prizes for April are:

1) Winner can choose either
250 shiny gold peds
- OR -
My healing services for 10 hours.

2) A mystery consolation prize for the runner-up.

3) A mystery prize awarded at random to a participant.


To enter the contest:

Collect as many HOFs or Globals as you can for a month, post them with a picture in this contest thread.

- The picture must show your name, date & any Team info if you hunt in team, as well as the global message.
(press C or U to show the date/time in the text window)

- For each post you receive points

• 5 points for a Global 50-75 peds
• 10 points for a Global over 75 peds
• 15 points for a HOF
• 25 points for an ATH
• Scores on chirpy diripi, fugabarba, gibnib, igni or pupugi will give you 5 Bonus points
• If you loot items you receive 1 bonus point (items does not include basic skin, wool, oils, paint, bones, teeth. Items does include chips, armour, weapons, unusual animal parts.
• If you Score in a Team each member of the Team must pass the limits for earning any points.
• You may only post 2 HOF/Globals a day.
• Your entry's should be posted in this dedicated competition thread.
  Entries in other forums/threads will not counted.

For example a Global of 90 peds on a 2 player team is 0 points; a HOF of 250 for a 3 player team is 10 points each.

Entry to the contest is open to anyone who had forum membership before the date/time of this post. I will meet you ingame to present the prizes. If you are unable to appear ingame to meet me the prize is forfeit.​

Congratulations to UnaAlconbury for that fantastic high score of 366 points. You are the winner of the April POTM contest. This also beats the previous POTM highscore, so is a new POTM ATH score. :yahoo:

Bunny came in second place with 285 points, and wins a complete Armax skull as a runner-up prize. :)

I have a consolation prize of a full TT Maddox1 pistol for Tigeress, who fought a courageous battle both solo and in Team Serious against some fearsome mobs. 8)

If you win the POTM contest, and you are already a forum subscriber, then I will add 10% to your first place prize. 8)

Please also note that the 10 hours of healing may be increased to more hours at my discretion, if I find that 10 hours is not a sufficient alternative to 250 peds prize.

Sorry Bunny, but the argonaut global is only 40 peds each (team of 2 ppl) so it doesn't qualify.
