    well, I find it hard to read the text on your blog space because of the background graphic.

    nonetheless, in EU, I believe there is no "end-game". the concept of one evolved from games where one had expired all paths of action or advancement - usually the pre-programmed (and required) "quests" and the character development required to complete them.

    since neither of those concepts apply to EU, there is no true end-game. the game only ends when one of the following occurs:

    i) you lose too much money,
    ii) you become bored.

    with the latter, how one becomes bored can be varied or complex. a simple example would be a sweat gatherer who decides they're not making enough cash to play for free.

    of course, there are others.

    And thanks for your response, it is very interesting for me to see the difference between the mindset of Entropia Players vs. 'Other MMO' players.

    I have darkened the background behind the text area. I got a couple comments that it was hard to read the text against the background like it was before. Could you guys let me know if it is better now, of if it needs to be changed more?

    respectfully, I disagree.

    "winning" is rather self-defined in EU. so, it's a function of what goal you set for yourself. set an impossible goal, and you will lose. many people do this without even realizing it.

    The game will be more fun, but as always the ussualy people will whine that MA has "nerfed" "their" game, yet again, I'll even take bets on that :)
