Setter Docks (128689, 77631, 108) is to be found at the island very South East on the map of Cyrene (next to the large black area at the right). When you arrive with the teleporter the area looks like a normal dock with wooden/steal construction and different types of containers. And Setter Docks was indeed once a key point of trade and commerce but has been abandoned due to the hostile creatures nearby. Setter Docks has all the useful terminals though - you only have to take a small walk towards the water side from the teleporter, and up to the first level. Please read more here ...
