This one is atleast new to me I got Power Fist skills from crafting Smackers!? Anyone else got that? Second does that mean thar higer PF skills improves the CoS on smackers !?
I have heard people say they get LWT from making Jesters. However I once did over 1000 clicks on Jester D-1s and did not get a single hit to LWT. Also, I think your Powerfist skills will help. My CoS is much higher for making laser weapons than that of BLP weapons of the same level (I have no BLP skills).
