   I checked your permissions for the forum and it looks OK
   What you can try is to delete the cookie that the forum sets
   
   Cookies are found on your PC under "C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Cookies" by default
   Look for a cookie named "your username@eu-chronicle.com" and delete it

   YEp I can enter the forum via user/cp and sneak into the forum. Hmm sitting on another computer now and experience the same problem
