Don't know how it is in other nations, but here's the proof, that the top ISP's in the UK regularly slow down connection speeds. So the reason why we sometimes get 'lag' and other in-game issues, is probably not he fault of PP's at all, or the fault of the O.S, but the fault of slow connection speeds!
