Kind regards, Entropia Universe Support 2023-06-14 05:19 my reply to their response: I have already given specific details, plus I gave the date and approximate time of the incident when I submitted this support case, so I don't see what more information I can give. I reported a bug, as what I experienced was clearly a bug, which is how can a participant of Entropia be retired by a 'dead' creature? All you have to do, which is what you should have done already in your reply, is accept that what I have told you is a bug. This is all you have to do. If you do not do this, then Entropia Universe support is an utter nonsense. I'm waiting to see what their next response is.
You could have given more details e.g. the system message you get when you are killed. That system message states what mob/person killed you. Did you take a screenshot when it happened? if so could get the system message from there perhaps. Also I've noticed sometimes mobs disappear on radar i.e. no red dot. So yo may have been killed by another exo or mob other than the ones you killed.
To be honest I didn't think of taking a screenshot at the time of being retired, as I was in total disbelief as to what had happened, which was that one of the 'killed' exos which were more or less side by side, killed me as I was about to loot the first one. There were no other exos or any other mob near to me at the time.
