Seeking reasonable offers for a fully furnished G apartment.

AT A HANDSOME PROFIT WOOT!Hi, I know I'll never get what I paid foor it, but when I have ped I get side -tracked from my main goal to kill atrox and this was a small obsession for a while, to fit out a G size apartment, so I have furnished Genesis E 3G the way I like it, and have used 125 of 200 item points. For anyone that doesn't know, G size are the biggest in-game and this would make a good apartment shop being literally 10 seconds from Genesis Amethera TP. I would consider an A105 amp in part exchange. The mannequins alone, with the armor fitted are worth > 370 ped on a bad day.

Whe you say "Your's" - you mean another G size. or just your apartment?

p.s. hardly any at all on auction right now. I'm in 2 minds about selling, it cost me so much and it could be useful.

 

Little bump, to show off I suppose, I made 175 ped profit and used the 1k to do a 1800 click crafting enhancer run in which I broke even, my luck has been good recently:)
