Serendipity unlocked Today i unlocked the Serendipity skill :D My Riffle skill was at that point 3866 .

Well all hidden skilles unlocks when you reach a certain Professional Standing! (Great Sniper for Serendipity) And since Prof. Standings are based on several skills i have to say yes :) And you usually gets a certian standings when you reach a certain lvl of skills in one diciplin (cause the other relative skills will evolve at the same pace) That might be untrue if you use skill chips and dont chip all the relative skills!! So if you thinking of buying skills (and i dont see anything wrong in that) you might wanna consider this before you buy.
