Though it's against the EULA it seems, I would be interested. What kind of collateral will you provide?

 

That is clear agains the EULA
also a rate of 1PED to 0.90$ seems more like a scam
if you change on the allowed way you get 9,65 PED for 1 $

Also a Hotmail email adress is not serious for business.

So it seems to be better to take your stuff and went away :D
