Pms here are called conversations. Go to your inbox in the head menu (navigation tab to the right) and click on it. Start a conversation with the person (write persons name in the field like normal pm's). You can also just click on a personal picture and a pop up profile box comes up. There you can choose a 'start conversation' :) Good luck
