Sites with unusual keywords and descriptions formatting

  1. Most sites have descriptions before the keywords (meta tags), but I've noticed that some have the keywords shown before the description:confused:. Does it matter which way round it is?
    Also, even more puzzling (and yes, I know that's what HAL 9000 said), is that both words in the description, and keywords are sometimes sepperated with '/' characters. This is odd, as usually descriptions are either a sentance, etc, and keywords are usually sepperated with ',' commas.
     
  2. I don't think the order of the tags matters, and I'm fairly sure commas are the right delimeter as it's possible to have keyword phrases.

Thanks phunksta, I asked as I came across a site the other day that had keywords and also words in the description sepperated with '/' charcters, and I thought this was odd, even though the site seemed to be doing ok, and as I'm doing a site of my own, soon to go online; not EU related, I thought I'd ask...
