Sites with unusual keywords and descriptions formatting

Most sites have descriptions before the keywords (meta tags), but I've noticed that some have the keywords shown before the description. Does it matter which way round it is?
Also, even more puzzling (and yes, I know that's what HAL 9000 said), is that both words in the description, and keywords are sometimes sepperated with '/' characters. This is odd, as usually descriptions are either a sentance, etc, and keywords are usually sepperated with ',' commas.

 

Thanks phunksta, I asked as I came across a site the other day that had keywords and also words in the description sepperated with '/' charcters, and I thought this was odd, even though the site seemed to be doing ok, and as I'm doing a site of my own, soon to go online; not EU related, I thought I'd ask...
