    I have a di that is on 43 % e is talking about buying a skill implant ..... my question is if he reach 100 % di i still get my mentor gift if he buys skills ??

    He cant insert chips until he has finished his diciple period

    Yes as Klod says , its not possible for Disciples to insert skill implants :(
