Skills in new VU... Go up our down the % ?

I haven't tracked actual number, but I haven't noticed a change in the amount of green text in the chat box when hunting. It seems pretty much the same, which is cool by me.

As far as skills on the other planets, I would love to see some planet-specific skills, but I'd also like to see, for the most part, that our current set of skills are applicable for most application on the planets.

I think General skills such as Athletics, Dexterity etc will be on all planets as it is core to the skill system. As for other skills not to sure tbh.
