Just a video I made this weekend giving an idea of the mayhem it was during the event, very fun though and to me the setup of the event was better then the Robot Wars we have on Calypso. As you can see the smugglers are setup in an arc and they run into you a few at a time (interesting AI) Also not really sure if the ones with the red 'eyes' were just mobs or controlled mobs, they had even more interesting strategy, so not sure yet. Right before this event there was a Smuggler named Ned Kelly at the Quarry talking to people and people talking to it and provoking him. This eventually succeeded and it spawned a few bots (proof that they can spawn mobs at will). Attached you'll find the chat log of the event, with Lars, Matthias and Ned Kelly talking up until the moment the Underground was attacked and the video starts (more or less) >
does remind me of the good old days when robots attacked and there was always an ant line of green dots returning to the fight. I guess planes/trains/automobiles make that a bit different. loot didn't all that great :(
