This weekend my gold card got de-sync-ed and the re-sync procedure they have in the log in screen did not work so I send a support case (via email because I couldn't log in at the site either). This was Saturday and today is Thursday and I still have no word from them, not even an email they received my message. Any idea how long this will take??
Odd. The resync process normally isnt anything more than entering your number into the login screen twice when desynced. Have you tried the procedure again? Do you have the complete notes on how to do it? If not when I get home I can post them.
I did get the question for 2 new codes when I tried to log in, entered those 2 new codes and get the question again, and again, and again..... So I send an email to support containing 2 codes I generated (as mentioned in the FAQ). In order for this to work they tell me (again in the FAQ) to NOT generate any more codes, because they will not be able to use the coded I send them. Never had a de-synced GC before, so I have no idea how long this usually takes
Ouch that sucks! :-( Follow up on your support case via the interface. Chances are someone has just forgotten about it.
solved already, seems you can write a sup[port case without your gold card, was fixed in an hour after I had sent a Support case
