Society Forum Permissions

Hi all,

Quite a few people seems to be having permissions problems.
I've been trying to crack the combination to get the society forums semi-private.

Everyone will be able to view those forums, but not post to them unless they are a member of that society.

To get this going, those forums each have a usergroup, which is controlled by the society leader. For now I have set these up as:

The Forsaken - Stratos
EuTropians - Shamy
CC Cowboys - Klodvig
Belgian Dutch - LeeLoo

The idea is that you 'apply' to join these groups then your soc leader lets you in. To test this, and so I don't have to trawl the entire userbase trying to remember who is in what society (because that doesn't seem to be there now either :( ) can you please try this out.

So, Apply to join the usergroup for your society now!

To apply for usergroup membership, go to 'User C/P', then it's on the left menu.
