To help expedite the support case we kindly ask you to file the case in the "In-World (game play)" -> "Stuck" category and also to supply the following information: - Where were you located when this happened? - What was your final destination? - If possible also supply the name of the ship you were traveling with. If the problem gets solved while you still have an open support case we also kindly ask you to update the case so that we know that you have arrived safely at your destination.
