Theryon Wars: Still on track for Q4 2012?

any news :)?

 

Q4 is nearly here and the official site hasn't changed.

News blackout prior to the launch? Or a HUGE amount of work being done and still hoping to make the Q4 deadline?

im wondering what happens with theryon also.

the semi anual report of MA only had info about toulan for 2012.

 

was it really 2012? i think have have seen 2013 somewere, but i could have mixed up the years. Not much news comming out, i have the feeling the are concerting on other games at the moment. I would not be surprised if the planet never show up.

 

Q4 2012 was meantioned in the interview by the devs.

I found now if you click on the picture for theryon wars on the website of the studio spaniard blend you get the following text:

"It will be an MMO, based on the Entropia Universe Platform, that will see light during 2014."

so seems 2014 now somehow.

 

MindArk semi annual report mentioned Toulan is scheduled to launch late 2012. There was no mention of Theryon. Since we also have no news or any official contact person from theryon and the fact Ordaz no longer works for them, my guess is they have shelved theryon for now.

Which is good I think because ordaz is no longer there, without him that planet may be another NI, RT flop.

 

RT flop? Hey I LIKE RT. I think its fun... and its still in business so...

I guess the same day Ordaz stopped working there wasn't the only bad news, too bad we they didn't tell us the rest of the story.

Hello,

I contacted the studio spaniard blend about it.

They need 2 weeks more time to finish a current project "anymor puzzles" and after the project is finished they start with the developement of theryon wars which will take about 2 years in developement.

They want to present us first material in the upcomming 2 month and inform us then about their ideas for theryon wars and what they want to achieve with it.

They also derived a team already for the project.

Wow it indeed looks great, hope they take good use of the two years time to give us a fully development planet, at least launch with tons of bp, missions, mobs. I also hope Mindark and existing Planets can try their best to give us bug-free content and get more new players in.
