   How can I disable the auto subscriptions ?
   
   As soon as I post in a thread, it automatically subscribes to it

   This is being done in your User CP.
   
   Choose *Edit Options* in the left menu.
   
   Schroll down to the section *Messaging & Notification*
   
   In the section:
   
   

   You change the "Deafault thread subsciption" drop-down menu to *do not subsripe*
