    This is really awesome :)

Would it be possible for you somehow to post your interviews here for those of us who can't listen to it? :) Fx as a sound track or whatever you use ?

I need a way to upload them to you Lykke.

Let me know the best way.

If not able to accept an upload I can post them on my private website and let you link from there or download from there

For some reason, we cannot offer an anonymous FTP service for the site, as our VPS can only handle 1 FTP account (which is the one I use, and for obvious reasons are reluctant to let others user). If you can host it, I can grab it from there, and move things to our end, so you can free up your space again.

Alternatively, I can try and throw open some alternative domain we own so you can dump it there, and I'll then move things over here.

    Question for David Post:

    * Why on earth don't you answer our mails? :D
Update 08-11: We have managed to get in touch with Mr. Post in the meantime

    * Are there any plans for opening a Next Island forum? (We already have a dedicated section here for it, so you are free to point here if you do not want to go through the effort of setting up a forum of your own, or if you wish to concentrate on different matters first).

    * Are there any Service Level Agreements between Next Island Inc and MindArk, to ensure the quality of service (uptime, succesfull technical updates, response time to ugs discovered by end-users, etc) offered by MindArk will be of certain standards? If so, could you elaborate a bit? If not, how will you be able to ensure a certain level of standard to your own users?

    * Are you considering specific mechanisms to reduce the cost to play on the Next Island planet, or will you initially follow the current MindArk model?

    * Do you have any specific player retention goals? I.e. are you aiming to keep, say, 80% of people signing up in your universe, and what specific means to reach these numbers this will you put in place?

And some questions that remained unanswered in the Next Island interview we did with NEVERDIE:

    * Will Next Island mimic the public communications and support model of MindArk/First Planet Company, or will it have one of its own?

    * About the time travelling, on the Next Island website, you mention a Time Travel Game Card. Could you lift a tip of the veil on what that is, how to use it, and the cost of it?

Ok guys I need some more questions to Ask David Post about Next Island.

Will we find any sea-mobs on Next Island (I mean, it's an island ... there must be tons of water around to pop in a sea mob or two :D)

This very much mentioned time travel, how does it work? Do you kill a mob and die, and then you can travel back 1 min before you die, and then survive or can you go back to some old EU-look a like black/white coloured game play ...

What differs Next Island from the other planets in a way that makes you believe Next Island will become an interesting place to visit?

Will there be any other things to spend time on on Next Island than the usual mining, crafting, hunting?

    :cheer:

How did Mr. Post hear about Entropia universe?

Has Mr. Post played Entropia himself?

What other games has Mr. Post played?

What does Mr. Post look for in a game himself?

Is Next Island purely Mr. Post's project, or are there other "co-owners", and if there are, who are they?

Will Next Island, other than the time travelling and change of scenery, be any different from Calypso? The initial response from NEVERDIE seemed to hint that it would not really be all that different. How will Next Island try and differentiate itself?

On David's twitter account, he tweets (by the way. He might want to update his info, as it states that NI will go live in May 2009):

Could Mr. Post please elaborate on exactly how it is possible to make real money in/on Next Island? Are the opportunities as abundant and as much fun as they are on Calypso?

Further down on his Twitter account, Mr. Post mentions that you could run into Elvis, Einstein or Napoleon. Will they just be NPCs with only a name/look, or will they actually send us off on missions related to what we might know them from in real life?

    David,
Do you think average returns for participants on the new planets could be effected due to the fact that MA and Planet owners are looking to profit? :tiphat:
