Not seen this mentioned so I'm not sure if it's a bug or intended. I poped over to AG earlier and was surprised when the teleporter in the underworld was added as a new location to my map. Seems all three underworld teleporters - all labelled as Teleporter - are now part of the TP system and you can TP to the underworld.
It does make some sense - after all you'd go there every time you press T, so the only real difference is the speed at which you can visit the darkness underneath
Oh yes it makes sense and I'm quite happy with it - no more waiting 60 seconds to get to storage. Since there's been no official reply I guess it's meant to be like that, not a bug.
The design for the AG teleporters was changed so you no longer have to run all the way to and from Orpheus' Cave when you are coming into and out of Greece. Now you can go to and from any AG teleporter you have previously visited! Getting to your storage faster is just a happy accident. :)
