The Future of Elite Dangerous - giant tentacled space aliens?

I'm REALLY liking the sound of this. I think they will keep it "space" but do the inside of ships + stations and also maybe this go outside spaceship thing too. I think Braben has his head screwed on right with other on the record comments about planets being what everyone wants but actually they don't. Sometimes the customer is wrong about what makes a good game.

Amused by the audio designer wanting "giant space aliens that live in deep space and they eat asteroids and they eat spaceships and they have giant tentacles and big goggly eyes"

This guy needs to try Entropia then ;) (and I suspect it would change his mind)
