    1st appeared more then 2 years ago...more and more items got this info.

    I really wonder how I must have felt as a noob, seeing all items drop in PVP areas only.

    Just another example of laziness, no quality management. *yawn*

    Teeechnically there is no "only" and they are correct, it is (probably) dropped in PVP areas, among others... but yes I guess one could read it and think something different to the intended meaning - hehe good spot :D
