We have been getting some requests and suggestions about what we should try and develop for our wiki and we are working pretty hard (about 26 hours a day) to get some of that stuff in, but we are always interested in what our users want. So, I started this thread to ask you what you would like to see developed in or added to our wiki. Nothing is to crazy and we will seriously think about any request we get but we can of course not promise that your idea will make it into the wiki, but if it is possible, I'm sure we would give it a go. So spill the beans and just shout out everything you think of.

History of who's owned what estates might be interesting. Quite a bit of old outdated info is on entropedia, and a few other odd sites here and there, etc. Rowan's been trying to keep list over at http://www.planetcalypsoforum.com/f...ve-Shop-List&p=2865606&viewfull=1#post2865606 with active shops. Something along those lines but with some history for each place would be nice. ... maybe, if it can be found, list of prices paid and links to threads about that type of stuff could be useful to give a better estimate on various prices on various locations since in game history for estates sucks as it's all bunched together with apartments impacting price of shops on history, etc. Similarly, Rowan's put together a little of a shop guide at http://www.planetcalypsoforum.com/f...6-Shop-Guide&p=3020848&viewfull=1#post3020848 Something that explains estates more in depth, etc. might be useful... also along with that some history on various changes like when malls came to exist, what rent prices where, etc. Exact count of how many blasted estates, including apartments actually are in game, etc. A long while back I tried to start up a google document that anyone could edit to update info on who is listed on estate terminals, etc. but that never caught on much... in a wiki it might be updated more.... Something kind of like entropedia's estate section, but more organized... hell maybe even link it in with maps, etc. so like entropedia map of with zoom in capacity to a diagram of each city that goes even deeper in... sort of like a google street view of entropia... maybe even with youtube videos of each area taken in game that sort of work in with it for all of them. I mean with this game we already instantly have a hell of a lot easier way of recording screen prints and movies and stuff than google ever will with the real world... get someone in each location to sort of do regular updates on the database or whatever... For instance all of my estates are all in one building I wouldn't mind going to each floor on the building from time to time to look at estate terminals, take a screen shot here and there, etc. Get a whole team of folks doing something similar for every building in game eventually...
OK that was not the easiest post to read I should say, but I think I filtered out some stuff: . Easy to set up a form for people to use to add estate data to our wiki, getting historic data might be a bit harder, we can go on only whats available on the web, but this might be something we can do. . Yes that map thing is something we are looking at for a while now, but so far it is just not possible unless we use some highly modified stuff like entropedia does. I know people are working on this though, so maybe in a while it will find it was into the Semantic MediaWiki Software and we can use it . Like the first bit, this could be easy implemented, it just needs a template and a form and people to gather the info. So what data do we wanna know of the estates? owner, size, location, planet, cost, item points, outside space
similar idea... how about a listing in the wiki of every darn ul sib item, and maybe even old school stuff too with tiers listed so that it's easier to get guesstimate of how many of item x are in game,... and maybe do like the estate idea, list who owned the item that is publicly known about. There is a thread on pcf that started some initiative similar to this... but it's not regularly updated... why not go ahead and make a wiki that follows it all the way through... a few links to help you get started.. I think entropedia might have some of that already, but something on the wiki here would be nice too.

It is not made with those nice forms and stuff yet, but some of the info is there. But another one for on our list of things to build.
as far as forms go for the estates thing... here's a copy of the old google doc I had set up back then.
