Wiki changes

    Alrighty, video embedding was broken after the last update, which was to be expected. Now the embedding capabilities have been improved in general which also means video is back. And soon there'll be more services available for embedding, such a twitch, but also for example twitter.

    Well, it's are not at the point yet where it has certain very specific little features that Entropedia currently has, to achieve that we would need expertise that currently isn't available in the EP core team. Hm, on the other hand it has gazillion of other great features that Entropedia doesn't have...

    Regarding loot documentation, it's on the road map, but with all the questions attached probably deserves some discussion in its own thread.

    I've read on PCF that 711 is willing to give a entropedia Database dump. This since entropedia is slow as a snail.
    Wonder if it could be any good for this wiki?

    Just a small example of what we can do with EP and our wiki. Below you see info from the wiki displayed live on the forum, This means that everyone can edit that data, just by editing the page on the wiki. So that's much better then having 'just' info sitting in a forum post, only the creator of that post can change. Not sure if every mob has that function yet, but you can add it to your post by clicking the little paw print icon when editing a post and typing the creature name in between the 2 tags.

    Interesting Neo has given the DB away. I suppose that is only fair if the software can't be maintained

    I believe it should work now. Graph is not there yet, but will appear once the first data is added to the table

    Sure works fine! Guess we need a few more data points until we get a proper graph.
    Also I think we need to do some updates of the different auctions available :p Attached screenshot for reference.

    Added all the auctions to the table, the form and the template.
    Changed the order to reflect the order in your image and added 5 pages to Toulan on the 11th to see if the graph works and it does. I'm assuming that Toulan graph will correct itself when more data is added, as the number on both the axes is a bit weird still.

    Yep, did not think a graph for the other was needed, but can easily be done by copying the code and changing the names

    Isn't it cool? Can't remember how far we took this, but must be one the last things we did before pausing development, . And it can be embedded in any website just like YT videos. Didn't we want to do a "bestiary" kind of thing? How about that now that @Akbar and @Mega are here?

    Yes it is cool,
    all could be displayed like this example, plus all maturity stats under the pic.
    The picture would be static for me.

    yep we can get everything onto the forum like the example above. Might need some work, but that never hurt anyone :)
