Almost mid March, January report is overdue and here it is. Wiki is under continuous development. Improvements are implemented on almost daily basis. The idea is to release a monthly report highlighting a few developments of the past month. Statistics Total of pageviews by the end of January: ~6,603,000 Average of pageviews/day: ~10100 Development In January the focus was rather on adding content and utilizing the features implemented in December. Wiki's past, present and future outlined Project Version Updates managed to conserve info about a couple of ancient VUs Personal sidebars made available CSS and Javascript capabilities for regular users (theoretically this is the biggest feature enabled in January) Video embedding features expanded killed some old extension after migrating to the future one (-> more features, better performance) fixed major bug sucking performance NavigationPopups Gadget available, in your prefererencs under the "Gadgets" tab, info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Tools/Navigation_popups improved documentation methods for templates another resource added to the guide: "Key press" feature started working on concepts for the future main page, example. improved hunting logs started implementing hunting logs on creature pages, example: http://www.entropiaplanets.com/wiki/Creature:Halix#Hunting_Log Project History added a lot of early history info in the lights of the 10th birthday These were the major parts, much more has happend on the wiki in January.
