When the First Wave arrivals came to Next Island, there were some problems with Elysian interdimensional travel. The Elysians have different ideas about whether they’re the victims of clever sabotage from within or whether they’ve just really bad luck with an ambitious endeavor, but regardless, they encountered a lot of trouble. Broken pieces of their equipment can now be found around Next Island. Second Wavers will be able to find pieces of broken Elysian technology, and refine them into Elysian Tech Chips.
