Unfortunately it is just more limited (L) stuff.

 

Interesting discussion there on EF - nice that these armours come into the game, but would be better that they have at least 1 attribute you can't get elsewhere.

 

Crappy armor IMHO

 

Low attributes, (L) as well... Are they kidding? But if we properly consider it, MA wants to keep only the (L) stuff in EU, so it is to be expected. But no reasonable person would buy such a thing. Sorry GTF, I don't mean anything bad for you. I hope you sell it. However, only total newbies (or noobs most probably) would buy it :(

Not as good as say trusty old grem in attributes, but ok for show perhapps - that's if my AV could wear it...
