Xtro! yes thats right! xtro is my favorite movie! the reasons i like the film so much is because of the surreal way the story is presented and how strange the alien race is and definitely! the ending just awesome!! also has one of the greatest sci-fi synth soundtracks ever!! and i was able to acquire the original vinyl (soundtrack) off ebay...........did i say AWESOME? >
oh this is pretty hard, there are loads of movies I like. To name a few in no particular order: From Dusk till Dawn (surprised the hell out of me the first time I saw it) Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (one big ACID trip from start to end) Fight Club (just a classic) Memento (weird backwards movie, love it) Pulp Fiction (they fucking drown them in that shit :D) Reservoir Dogs (got to love Tarantino) The Green Mile (not into drama most of the time, but this on is SOOOO good) Citade de Deus (City of God, very interesting movie about the violence in the poor neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro) There are lots more I really like, but this is it for now :) >
have to say HEAT, awesome movie all of it, I own the original DVD as well as the two-disc special edition and are going to buy the Blu Ray version too :) I love the story line, didn't even knew the fame filled crew who made it the first time I watched it so I didn't see it just because of the famous names, and still that's not so important but more that it's the right actor/actress for the right character which I think it is here! if for some reason you missed this movie, here is a trailer > A few other good ones: Lord of War Sniper Hitman (best video game movie ever, also perfect actor for the main Agent 47 and the rest is not that bad either) Going to see the Citade de Deus soon too as I heard it should be good
The one that has`nt been made yet....My life. lol I just can`t sit still that long and came to the conclusion long ago I`m just not a good spectator. I get bored just sitting and watching. But I have seen a few good flicks in my time. They just don`t seem that important and are all so different and each have their own merits as to why they are good. But a few I liked.... Stephen Carpenter`s The Thing (found it very funny) Jacob`s Ladder (profound and complex) Lord of The Rings Trilogy (Tolkien, immersive story and enviroment, adventure and action) Children of Men (such a statement of how humans are) Big Fish Most anything else that exposes the folly and weakness of how man is
