Intro

Mining is one of the many professions that can be done on planet calypso. The purpose of mining is to find so called Ores and Enmatters in the ground of calypso. For both type of find you need different tooling. You also need different skills to find entmatters and ores.

Ore finding

For finding ores you need an orefinder. Many models are available. A starting model can be bought from the trade terminal. Next to the orefinder you needs bombs. When you drop a bomb on the ground it will explode after which the finder will check if any ores are present. Finally to extract ores from the ground you need an ore extractor.

entmatter finding

For finding entmatters you need an entmatter finder. Many models are available. A starting model can be bought from the trade terminal. Next to the entmatter finder you needs probes. When you drop a probe it will drill itself in the ground after which the finder will check if any entmatters are present. Finally to extract entmatters from the ground you need an entmatter extractor.
