We need someone to get past the robot defenses, hook up a computer to it, hack it and download its memory. Hacking the robot network throught a hardline is easier than throught the air, but it still takes time, and we expect the download to be pretty big too. Expect that the robots will try to stop you.

To "hack" into the robot machines memory:

Confirm the first dialog (there is only one button) In the next dialog, press the 4th button out of 5 (2nd from bottom) In the next dialog, press the 3rd button.

Start[edit]

  • See Science Officer Matthew Book in East Scylla Mountains at (75053, 72651).

  • Cyclops region

  • Click the "Okay, I will do it." button.


Objective:[edit]

  • Objective: Find the robot extraction machine in the volcano.

  • Computer.

  • Go south east to the volcano

  • Go to the Robot extraction machine in the middle of the Cyclops volcano

  • Objective: bypass its security and download the data.

  • Click the first button. a1a23b.....

  • Click the fourth button. 5a8d7ba77.....

  • Click the third button. e6e86b6d6fa4f4.

  • Return to Mr. Book.

  • Reward of 500 Nova Fragments and Combat Reflex skill

  • Click the "Is there anything else I can do?" button.

Instructions
  1. go to chipping optimizer page
  2. select "show all skills" from the drop down profession list
  3. enter the skill value before in the input box of the corresponding skill
  4. the "Level" field will show the same value as you typed
  5. enter the skill value after reward in the "Target Level" input box
  6. click "go!"
  7. in the corresponding skill row, the recommended chipping will display in green, and inside brackets, the size of the chip required, which is the same as the TT value needed to go from the skill value before reward to the skill value after reward
  8. copy this skill value, go back to the mission page
  9. click edit and paste the value in the corresponding position
